The present invention relates to a process for the co-production of dihydroxy fatty acids and monoramphosphides from vegetable oils by the strain Pseudomonas aeruginosa KACC 10186. Pseudomonas aeruginosa KACC 10186 strain co-produces dihydroxy fatty acid and monoramnolipid so that it is useful for mass production of industrially utilizable dihydroxy fatty acid without the addition of a separate surfactant .
