The present invention relates to a partial discharge diagnosis method and system, and a mold transformer deterioration monitoring system using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a partial discharge diagnosis method and system capable of accurately diagnosing the occurrence of defects due to deterioration of a mold transformer according to noise and intrinsic discharge, thereby preventing an accident and continuously supplying electricity. There is an advantage that a transformer deterioration monitoring system can be provided.
