The present invention relates to a cosmetic pack containing a vinca miner extract or a vinca miner extract having an antioxidative effect and a whitening effect.According to the present invention as described above, it is possible to provide a cosmetic pack having natural antioxidative effect and whitening effect containing a natural material extract which is not only environmentally friendly but also has no side effects, or a liquid obtained by separating the extract. In addition, the present invention provides an optimal manufacturing process for obtaining an effective ingredient from a natural material in a simple and economical manner, thereby manufacturing a cosmetic pack containing a functional ingredient using a natural material at low cost.;
