The present invention relates to an apparatus for sealing a drain hole and an oil drain hole of a combat vehicle and a combat vehicle comprising the same. According to an aspect of the present invention, provided is a sealing apparatus which comprises: a stopper for sealing a drain hole or an oil drain hole of a combat vehicle; a bolt coupled to the stopper; a nut coupled to the bo and a fixing clip penetrated and inserted into the bolt to prevent the nut from being separated from the bolt.
