A marketing promotion system based on a knowledge system comprises: a knowledge storage which stores customer source data, a situation information table of extracting characteristics of each customer from the customer source data, and a summary table for preprocessing the generation of customer selection rules with the situation information table; a rule manager which generates customer selection rules based on the summary table of the knowledge storage; a rule database which stores the customer selection rules generated in the rule manager; a rule matching module which selects customers who fit the corresponding promotion conditions by matching the customer selection rule data with the summary table information; a rule filtering module which enables the selected customers to filter the overlapping appliance of the customer selection rules; and an interface means which transmits promotion information to the filtered customers. The present invention can provide promotion customized to customer data according to changes by generating customer selection rules and applying the rules in real time through the knowledge combination of a marketer and the knowledge storage.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
