The present invention provides standard peptides for the quantitative analysis of amyloid subtypes and synthetic standard peptides for the detection of amyloid subtypes. The amyloid subtype diagnostic kit comprising the synthetic standard peptide for amyloid subtype diagnosis of the present invention and the method for diagnosing an amyloid subtype using the kit. The present invention allows rapid analysis and diagnosis of four representative types of amyloid subtypes. The present invention can be very useful in establishing a prediction and treatment strategy of amyloidosis.;
