The present invention relates to a composite comprising fluorescent nanoparticles and a method for measuring the dispersion state of a suspension using the fluorescent nanoparticle, and more particularly, to a method for preparing a composite comprising fluorescent nanoparticles such as quantum dots, And measuring the quantum efficiency value of the suspension to confirm the dispersion state of the suspension, and a method for measuring the dispersion state of the suspension using the fluorescent nanoparticle. According to various embodiments of the present invention, the dispersion state of the suspension can be measured by introducing a composite containing fluorescent nanoparticles such as quantum dots into a suspension and measuring a quantum efficiency value that changes through the aggregation reaction.
