The present invention relates to a triple water shielding wall structure including a wall steel pipe pile and a variable connector, and to a method for shielding water by using the same. The triple water shielding wall structure comprises: a plurality of main steel pipes for constituting the body of a wall steel pipe pile; and a connector combined with the main steel pipes, and continuously connecting the main steel pipes therebetween to form a wall. A water shielding function with respect to a displacement in accordance with a moment affecting from various directions can be ensured, and support power can be ensured even when a heavy object such as an artificial island or a landfill to which a great load is applied is disposed in the wall steel pipe pile.
