The present invention relates to an air cushion transfer device using a momentum curtain theory, comprising: a frame where a cargo is loaded on an upper surface; an inner body unit where a side surface unit is formed to be tilted toward a center unit as going toward a floor surface, installed on a lower surface of the frame and having a jet flow passage jetting air supplied from the outside to an inner space formed between the floor surface and the inner body unit; and a curtain member installed to be spaced from the inner body unit while surrounding the inner body unit in a lower portion of the frame, having a curtain flow passage jetting the air between the curtain member and the side surface unit of the inner body unit, and formed to be longer than the inner body unit along the floor surface.
