The present invention relates to a long-life intake filter for automobiles and a manufacturing method thereof. The intake filter is manufactured by adsorbing a moisture absorbent to a main filter in which a prefilter of a synthetic fiber non-woven fabric having specific average density and the synthetic fiber non-woven fabric are in a three-layered structure. Accordingly, the dust collection amount can be significantly increased by collecting ultrafine dust particles; adsorption is easy only with a moisture absorbent in nano size without an extra binder; the dust collection amount of a filter can be improved by moisture absorption; and lifespan efficiency can be improved by increasing wear and durability performance of an engine.
