The present invention provides an endoscope lens module manufacturing method and an endoscope lens module manufacturing system. Endoscope lenses inserted in a human body are manufactured into an integral endoscope lens module by a three-dimensional printing method using a highly transparent photo curing resin. It is possible to simplify the manufacture of the endoscope by omitting a manufacturing process such as the manufacture of the individual lenses and the arrangement of the manufactured lenses at the designated positions in a conventional method. The simplified manufacture of the endoscope leads to reduction in manufacturing time and production costs, and accordingly induces a decrease in price. Moreover, the endoscope can be disposable, so that cross-contamination due to repeated use can be prevented. The endoscope lens module manufacturing method includes a step of performing three-dimensional modeling on an endoscope lens module; a step of calculating a machining path for each layer; a step of printing the layer of the endoscope lens module; a step of molding the endoscope lens module into three dimensions; and a step of processing the surface of the endoscope lens module.
