The present invention relates to a film type gas meter rotary valve for home use. More specifically, a valve wing (25) is provided to the rotary valve by a flow of gas when the gas is introduced and discharged in order to prevent a leakage of the gas and clearly measure usage since an error value is very little. Moreover, the present invention prevents uneven abrasion to have increased durability thereof.
