Provided is a method for providing a drinking management service which comprises the following steps: receiving user information including the drinking amount, at least one acquaintance telephone number, a messenger to interconnect, and an alert output condition; when measuring an alcohol concentration in blood and a pulse frequency located inside a wrist by using an infrared spectrometry on an infrared pad of a wearable device, collecting the measured alcohol concentration in the blood and the pulse frequency in real time; outputting an alarm, when the collected alcohol concentration in the blood and the pulse frequency exceed each reference value calculated based on the drinking mount and the alert output condition or are located within a tolerance range of the reference value; and when the alarm is output, transmitting an alarm message, including a location of a mobile terminal, to the at least one acquaintance telephone number.
