The present invention relates to an LOD service data generation method for each modeling step based on parallel processing of facilities, wherein LOD service data for each modeling step for facilities can be generated and stored in a rapid and stable manner. According to the present invention, the LOD service data generation method based on parallel processing of facilities comprises: a first step of collecting modeling information including two-dimensional drawing information of the facilities and a facility shape image from a modeling service data storage device; a second step of generating a serial number based on a coordinate value of an earth coordinate with respect to a facility tile of a space area where the facilities are located; a third step of generating a storage folder, generating a tile index information file with a file name, which is a serial number corresponding to the location of the facilities, and storing a tile index information storage file in a storage folder corresponding to a relevant tile location; a fourth step of generating the LOD service data for each modeling step by a parallel processing method and setting work authority for a core to process LOD service data generation only in one core with respect to the facility tile; and a fifth step of generating a tile index for the facilities in the core having the work authority for the facility tile, storing the tile index in a file having a relevant serial number, and also storing the shape image information of the facilities corresponding to the tile location of the relevant facilities in the file.
