The present invention relates to a device to dispose of apartment houses food waste by automatically supplying biochips in accordance with the weight of the food waste. The device includes: a weight measuring unit measuring the weight of food waste inserted through an inlet; a display unit displaying the weight of the food waste measured by the weight measuring unit; and a stirring machine stirring the food waste supplied into a reactor and an ager. Especially, an amount of biochips in accordance with the weight of the food waste are automatically supplied, and thus, the present invention is capable of disposing of the food waste. Moreover, according to the present invention, the food waste is mixed and stirred with the biochips and then fermented in the ager to be discharged as fertilizer, and thus, the present invention is capable of effectively disposing of the food waste as well as displaying the weight of the food waste, enabling the user to check the weight of the food waste in real time to effectively manage the emission of food waste.
