The present invention relates to a U-shaped vehicle door shock buffering safety device using a press molding and processing method. A safety structure is provided to protect a driver when there is an unpredictable collision with another vehicle or object by welding and coupling an edge support corresponding to the edge of a vehicle door to and with the door and welding and coupling a press molded and processed U-shaped safety bar to and with the support, or by welding and coupling a central support corresponding the flat central part of the vehicle door to and with the door and welding and coupling the U-shaped safety bar to and with the support. To this end, edge supports bent corresponding to edges at both ends of the vehicle door are disposed to be welded to and coupled with each other, and bending surfaces of the edge supports are welded and coupled corresponding to a bending surface of the door. An inner concave part is formed on a central surface of an attachment surface, and an open surface of the U-shaped safety bar is welded thereto and coupled therewith to face an inner direction of the door. Multiple shock-absorbing safety wrinkle parts are formed on the bending surfaces and the attachment surface. The safety bar is formed in a pressed and plasticized open-type U shape, and thus production costs are reduced compared to a closed-type circular pipe. The present invention is variously formed to correspond to a position where a support which the safety bar is welded to and coupled with, and the present invention can be applied irrespective of the kinds of vehicles. Thus, the present invention can deal with mass production. Moreover, when external shock is applied, shock resistance is improved. Furthermore, shock absorption and reduction power are improved, and thus safety of a driver is ensured.
