The present invention relates to a composite structural battery material, and more specifically, to a multifunctional energy storage structure device, which can reinforce the internal and external mechanical properties as well as internal thermal properties of battery cells in an environment with a load, applied thereto. The composite structural battery material is used to reinforce high-rigidity fibers including fiber-based battery cells. According to the present invention, the composite structural battery material includes an external surface layer, a cathode layer, a membrane layer, an anode layer, and internal surface layers individually in a tubular shape while being stacked sequentially from the exterior to the center part. The inner and outer surface layers are made of fiber-reinforced plastic materials while the cathode, membrane, and anode layers individually include fiber layers.
