The present invention relates to a smart building culturing integrated control system using a generation plant thermal effluent. More specifically, a control management function, a tool management function, a culturing management function, a culturing fish and shellfish statistics management function, and a user and service management function of building culturing are ensured in an integrated platform, and thus a high reliability building culturing integrated control system utilizing generation plant thermal effluent collection energy and ICT techniques can be realized. The smart building culturing integrated control system using generation plant thermal effluent according to the present invention comprises: multiple culturing water tanks; a thermal effluent collecting unit; a culturing water supply unit; a sewage discharging unit; an environmental factor measuring unit; a growth promoting unit; an environmental factor analyzing unit; a feed supplying unit; an image photographing unit; a culturing water circulating unit; a sterilizing and purifying unit; a control managing unit; a web server unit; and a power supply unit.
