The present invention relates to an apparatus for fault detection and blockage control for public announcement equipment having a central concentration and dispersion method. An objective of the present invention is to efficiently output and transfer an evacuation announcement to the entire area of a facility by a function of separating a faulty line to block an effect in case of a fault of public announcement equipment or an emergency disaster situation, and automatically block and return overload and overcurrent when the overload or the overcurrent occurs to prevent unnecessary damage to a device to greatly extend a service life of a system and improve system operating efficiency by a stable automatic control relation. To achieve the objective, a public announcement equipment control system comprises: a speaker output terminal to which a speaker for each channel is connected; a speaker common terminal to connect the speaker for each channel in common; a main amplifier input terminal to which an outer terminal of an amplifier is connected; a fire contact input terminal connected to a P-type fire receiver; a contact common terminal connected to a fire contact; an RS-485 connection terminal; a data GND terminal, and a power connection terminal. The apparatus for fault detection and blockage control for public announcement equipment having a central concentration and dispersion method comprises the public announcement equipment control system, an LCD information display unit, an LDC state display unit, a function setting unit, a monitoring speaker, an individual ID setting switch unit, and a circuit unit.
