The present invention relates to a carrier vehicle for collected dust, provided with a discharged dust scattering prevention device, which stores collected dust collected in a dust collection device in a sealed storage unit of a carrier vehicle to carry the same, which blocks the collected dust scattered when the collected dust is discharged from the storage unit, from a discharge unit to prevent the collected dust from being scattered to the outside, and which condenses the collected dust through water sprayed through a spray unit during discharge so as to discharge the collected dust without scattering. The carrier vehicle for collected dust of the present invention comprises: a carrier vehicle for carrying collected dust of a dust collector that collects scattered dust; a storage unit formed on an upper side of the carrier vehicle to store the collected dust; an elevating unit formed between the carrier vehicle and the storage unit to elevate the storage unit; and a discharge unit for blocking scattering of dust with a blocker such that collected dust is not scattered to the outside when the collected dust is discharged through an outlet formed on a rear lower side of the storage unit, and condensing the collected dust by spraying water to the inside of the blocker while discharging the condensed collected dust to a lower side.
