The present invention relates to a module-shaped panel, and a method of producing the panel wherein the panel is suitable to produce an outer tank in an assembly type in a storage tank structure such as an LNG storage tank, a large oil storage tank, a liquefied compound storage tank, and the like. More specifically, a part corresponding to the outer surface of the tank coming in contact with external air is composed of a steel skin plate, and a part corresponding to the inner surface of the outer tank is composed of a high performance fiber reinforced cementitious composite (hereinafter, abbreviated as HPFRCC). As such, the steel skin plate and the HPFRCC are integrally synthesized.
