The present invention relates to a company doctoring system based on financial analysis, the system which analyzes the balance sheet of a company for prospective investment, extracts improper transaction items, analyzes any improper status of the company based on the extracted improper transaction items, and provides a report of improper status before investment. The company doctoring system comprises: an FAD service server (100) which has a financial management service program installed therein, receives an upload of general information, which has been provided at the time of membership registration, and company accounting information (a ledger for each account) provided by an accounting and tax firm management server (300), extracts improper item data and abnormal transaction data from the relevant companys financial records, generates improper management status information of the relevant company based on the extracted improper item data and abnormal transaction data, and assigns a reliability level of the relevant balance sheet in accordance with verifying the reliability of the balance sheet; a plurality of company management servers (200) which request a financial management service after membership subscription to the FAD service server (100) and receive the improper management status information of the company provided to correspond to the financial management service request; and a plurality of accounting and tax firm management servers (300) which provide accounting information of the relevant company to correspond to the request of the FDA service server (100). Accordingly, the company doctoring system enables a user to correctly evaluate a management result of the company for prospective investment.
