Disclosed are a system and a method for automatically issuing an electronic receipt and an electronic prescription. Provided is the system for automatically issuing the electronic receipt and the electronic prescription including: a customer terminal including a near field communication device and an electronic receipt application; an affiliated store terminal receiving a request of payment from a customer, performing the payment, and storing information about the payment; a beacon device receiving customer identification information from the customer terminal, transmitting the customer identification information to the affiliated store terminal, and transmitting the payment information to the customer terminal from the affiliated store terminal; a beacon server receiving location information from the customer terminal and checking whether the affiliated store terminal and the beacon device are within a preset region or not; and an electronic receipt issuing server receiving the payment information from the customer terminal, generating an electric receipt, and transmitting the electric receipt to the customer terminal.
