The present invention relates to a member information guiding method in a member information guiding system using a virtual number based call connection service, comprising: a step in which an authentication server receives and stores personal information including the telephone number of a user registered in an application server, a virtual number corresponding to the personal information, and application information provided by the application server; a step in which an IVR server receives a call connection request for a predetermined virtual number from a caller terminal; a step in which the authentication server searches caller information, which is user information corresponding to the caller terminal, from the pre-stored information, searches a receiver phone number corresponding to the virtual number, and authenticates a user; and a step in which the IVR server requests a call connection to a receiver terminal corresponding to the receiver phone number, and the authentication server transmits a confirmation message including caller information and application information to the receiver terminal. The receiver terminal displays a pop-up of the confirmation message on a receiving screen in which the call connection is approved or blocked. According to the present invention, when a connection for the predetermined virtual number is requested from a terminal on a user side who is a member of an application served by the application server, the call connection is requested to a corresponding receiver terminal and a confirmation message for preliminary inquiry such as caller information and whether the user is an app member is displayed in a pop-up screen on the receiving screen before accepting the call connection at the same time, so that it is possible to solve problems such as rejection or blocking of call, which is caused because a caller is unknown, and to increase the frequency of use of the app.
