PCM Heat dissipation system for electric controller box

摘要

The present invention relates to a heat dissipation system for a box containing various kinds of electric controllers such as various switchboards, distribution boards, motor control panels or energy storage systems. More specifically, a plurality of installation holes are formed on lateral sides including a door of the electric controller box. A PCM mat having the inside, filled with a phase change material, is fixated to and installed on the installation holes. An additionally arranged mounting panel and mounting rail are installed on the inside of the box. Accordingly, when a temperature in the box is increased by the phase change material in the PCM mat installed on the entire side wall of the box including the door, an internal temperature of the box can be decreased by a heat absorption action during a phase change process, and excellent heat dissipation can be performed by an aluminum case forming the PCM mat. The internal temperature of the box can be maintained to be constant by the mounting panel with excellent thermal conductivity and the PCM mat. In addition, malfunctioning and stop of operation, which are caused by overheating, of various electric and electronic devices can be avoided by a simple heat dissipation measure with the PCM mat. Service life of internal components can be extended. Moreover, facilities can be maintained and repaired in a convenient manner, costs can be reduced, and continuity of service can be ensured.
