The present invention relates to an apparatus for image diagnosis and treatment of meibomian gland dysfunction, and more specifically, to an apparatus for treatment of meibomian gland dysfunction, which comprises: an eyelid holding part pressing the eyelid from the inside and the outside; an optical photographing part for photographing the cross section of the eyelid; and a meibomian gland stimulating part providing stimulus for dissolving, relaxing or softening residues hardened in the meibomian gland, so as to induce secretion of the meibomian gland by pressing the eyelid, while checking the degree of meibomian gland dysfunction and activating the secretion of secretions by stimulating the meibomian gland with heat and vibration. Accordingly, through the apparatus for treatment of meibomian gland dysfunction according to the present invention, it is expected that the apparatus for image diagnosis and treatment of meibomian gland dysfunction can be usefully used for treatment of meibomian gland dysfunction such as xerophthalmia and the like.
