In the present invention, provided is a forward and reverse motor control device for opening and closing a vinyl greenhouse ventilation window, the forward and reverse motor control device which firstly stops power supply when an overload is imposed on a forward and reverse motor for opening and closing a vinyl greenhouse ventilation window, generates a warning sound, which enables a worker to reversely rotate the forward and reverse motor and then rotate the forward and reverse motor forwards. According to the present invention, the forward and reverse motor control device for opening and closing a vinyl greenhouse ventilation window comprises: a bridge rectification unit which rectifies and outputs commercial AC voltage; an over current detection relay comprising an over current detection coil, connected to a DC motor, and a lead switch corresponding to over current flowing on the over current detection coil; an over current display unit which is connected to an output terminal of the over current detection relay and is formed to output a signal for displaying over current which displays over current; a control relay driving control unit, which is formed to output a control relay driving control signal for controlling current flowing on the DC motor by using the signal for displaying over current; a warning unit which is formed to activate a warning to respond to the control relay driving control signal; a reset unit which controls driving current flowing on the direction conversion relay coil, cancels a holding state of the over current display unit, and re-operates the control relay which is temporarily stopped; the control relay which is formed to control current flowing on the DC motor to respond to the control relay driving control signal; a pause switch which is connected in parallel to both ends of a coil of the control relay and is formed to break current flowing on the DC motor when the same is turned on; and a direction conversion relay which is formed to change the direction of the DC motor in accordance with operation of the reset unit.
