The present invention relates to a digital health system for diagnosing and managing musculoskeletal disease by measuring frequency information. More specifically, the present invention relates to a digital health system for diagnosing and managing musculoskeletal disease, comprising: a personal health device (PHD) which measures, when motion of a user is detected, momentum of the corresponding joint and a freedom degree of motion, and measures a joint range of motion (RoM); a user or guardian terminal; a server which receives frequency information including the momentum of the joint, the freedom degree of motion, and the joint range of motion from the PHD, determines a musculoskeletal state of the user by comparing the frequency information with normal values of preset frequency information, determines user activity from a user response for a query message generated through predicted activity of the user based on the momentum, and transmits diagnosis and prescription results generated by using the determined musculoskeletal state and user activity; and a well-being tourism server which provides customized healing guide information analyzed by using the diagnosis and prescription results and the user activity to the terminal through the server.
