Efforts have been continued to identify individual characteristics and to select a proper career. The present invention relates to a system and a method for more scientifically and effectively searching a career by combining a congenital test and an acquired test. The system and the method identify innate characteristics and abilities by taking fingerprint and palm print (palm information), combine a multiple ability acquired test by using an online survey, and perform a method for processing a career aptitude test. The career aptitude test system identifies the innate characteristics through finger print and palm print analyzing modules, performs the multiple ability acquired test through the online survey, and provides human relationship skills and recommended jobs for each tendency by age and purpose by integrating the same.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
