The present invention relates to a device for analyzing a lipid layer in a tear film. More specifically, the present invention relates to a device for analyzing a lipid layer in a tear film, which irradiates a cornea with light emitted from a panel type light emitting part, captures an interference pattern image generated by reflection or scattering on the lipid layer in the tear film of a cornea surface, and analyzes the thickness of the lipid layer in the tear film of the cornea surface by analyzing a color in the captured interference pattern image. According to the present invention, the device for analyzing the lipid layer in the tear film comprises: the surface light emitting part irradiating an eyeball with light; a camera part capturing the interference pattern image generated from the lipid layer in the tear film of the eyeball by the light of the surface light emitting part; and a lipid layer analyzing part analyzing the thickness of the lipid layer of the tear film according to the color in the interference pattern image.
