Disclosed is a high-temperature molten salt electrolysis device, comprising: a reaction chamber storing molten sa a heating unit having a plurality of heaters installed in an outer surface of the reaction chamber; and a lower cover installed in a lower end part of the reaction chamber. At least one among the heaters is operated to mix an additive and an impurity contained inside molten salt, and the heaters are sequentially operated for at least one among precipitation of the impurity and enrichment toward a lower area.
