The present invention relates to a method for evaluating the cytotoxicity of T cells for pathogen infected-cells and to a method for providing information on pathogen specific T cells involved in cytotoxicity. The method for evaluating the cytotoxicity of T cells for pathogen infected-cells of the present invention evaluates the degree for PRRSV-specific T cells to recognize PRRSV which infects and proliferates in target cells and to cause toxicity to the infected cells to be removed, and also evaluates the kinetic mechanism for the types of specific T cells involved in toxicity mechanism. In addition, it is possible to confirm the cytotoxicity of a heterologous organ having an autologous organ or gene which is the same with cells from which a T cell is extracted, thereby providing the basic information on the porcine cell immunity and the evaluation method of cellular immunity.
