A DESIGN MATHOD AND ANALYIS OF THE STEAM GENERATOR SLIDING BASE SUPPORT FOR PREVENTION THE THERMAL STRESS AND THE THERMAL STRIAN DURING NORMAL OPERATIONS UNDER RESTRAINED CONDITONS
To change the design of air cooling ventilation structure of a lower support structure to the design of a stagnated air area structure and introduce thermal strain analysis evaluation regardless of an existing technology standard, the present invention provides an analytical design method that can quantitatively compare and evaluate the temperature, strain, and stress distribution during a transient thermal operation period for one cycle from reactor start to stop. According to the present invention, it is possible to quantitatively analyze the influence of thermal stress and thermal strain during operation, which cannot be confirmed by an analysis method based on an existing technical standard, and solve a mechanical deformation caused by the thermal stress and the thermal strain in the lower support structure of a steam generator, by introducing a design method referring to the result of a new concept analysis method.
