The present invention provides a device to insert a frying container and rapidly cut dough for a tofu snack frying device, capable of enabling hygienic management by solving an issue about the viscous property of dough; and enabling the mass production of tofu snack by rapidly cutting dough, of which the main ingredient is tofu, and then, standardizing the thickness of the tofu snack while at the same time inserting the cut dough into a frying container. As a rapid dough cutting device, which is able to hygienically and quickly discharge highly viscous tofu dough, is formed, the present invention is capable of preventing the deformation of the shape of the dough and standardizing the thickness of the dough for frying by supplying the tofu to a rapid dough inserting device, thereby enabling selective mass production. The present invention is capable of quickly producing a large amount of tofu dough; standardizing the thickness of the dough while frying the dough to maintain a nice food texture; and enabling hygienic management by minimizing pieces of the dough, which remain in a gap of a machine during a discharging procedure, and easily cleaning the rapid dough cutting device and the rapid inserting device as the devices are able to be separated.
