The present invention relates to a method of producing isocyanate in a single vessel by reacting a nitro compound and carbon monoxide (CO) in a single vessel, and a technology for a catalyst used therefor, and more specifically, to a palladium (II) and an isocyanate producing method using N-donor ligand. Accordingly, the present invention can efficiently operate processes due to having high yield of the isocyanate.
