According to the present invention, an obesity analysis system using frequency modulation type body fat imaging includes: a projector (11) for projecting scanning light to a subject (100); a frequency domain diffusion light apparatus (20-1) projecting the frequency-modulated light to the fat layer of the subject (100) and calculating the absorption coefficient and scattering coefficient from the phase delay of the scattered light as the obesity index data; and an image generation apparatus (30) generating visualized images of the subject (100) in linkage with the projector (11), a camera (15), and the frequency domain diffusion light apparatus (20-1). The obesity analysis system also generates the subject body fat images representing the metabolism of adipocytes along with 3D subject obesity images, couples the subject body fat images with the 3D subject obesity images to generate a body fat comparison image and a body fat comparison graph individually, and thereby precisely recognizes the size of the adipocytes when the body shape changes rather than when the body weight decreases.
