The present invention relates to an FTIR measurement system using a stabilization system of sample gas. More specifically, an infrared ray penetrates sample gas to perform zero adjustment of an FTIR device in a site through a stabilization system of the sample gas before analyzing chemical and physical characteristics of the sample gas in order to be capable of precise measurement by reducing a measurement error, thereby deriving an accurate measurement value of the sample gas to improve reliability of measurement. Moreover, the present invention repetitively supplies the sample gas to the FTIR device and measures the sample gas for a measurement period of the sample gas while the sample gas stored in a buffer tank circulates by opening and closing control of a second three-way valve and a third three-way valve in order to minimize the measurement error since concentration of the sample gas which is to be a target to be measured within the measurement period, thereby deriving the accurate measurement value.
