The present invention relates to a sealing means of a chain for a bucket elevator. The main purpose is to extend the service life of the chain for a bucket elevator by supplying the sealing means, which is not damaged by the impact generated during loading and unloading operations of iron ore or coal, and by improving the strength of the sealing means. The present invention relates to the chain for a bucket elevator, comprising: a bush which is axially coupled to the outer circumference of a pin having a grease injection means; a roller which is coupled to the outside of the bush to be easily rotated; and inner and outer link plates which are spaced apart from each other at a predetermined distance at both ends of the roller. The outer link plate is coupled to the outside of the inner link plate. The sealing means is disposed between the inner and outer link plates.
