The present invention relates to a protection and distribution board installed in a 154 kv class substation and, more specifically, to a protection and distribution board for a 154 kv class substation facility, supplying a power source to important substation facilities installed in a 154 kv class substation, controlling operation of a plurality of electrically connected electronic devices at a work site, and strengthening a safety function like preventing a wrong operation when a protective relay or the like installed therein and the plurality of electronic devices are operated. To this end, the protection and distribution board of the 154 kv class substation according to the present invention comprises a protective relay control panel, a beacon, a beacon signal monitoring device, a door lock device and a safety control module. Therefore, the present invention enables an authorized experienced operator to manipulate all the functions of the protective relay control panel and to open a rear side door thereof only when at least one authorized experienced operator is determined to exist at a right position, thereby significantly strengthening the safety function thereof.
