The present invention provides a macro synthetic fiber-reinforced concrete composition for a shield TBM tunnel, which comprises: 500 to 625 kg/m^3 of a binder including cement and blast furnace slag powder per a unit volume of concrete; 466 to 467 kg/m^3 of fine aggregates per a unit volume of concrete; 1,087 to 1,184 kg/m^3 of coarse aggregates per a unit volume of concrete; 143 to 150 kg/m^3 of water per a unit volume of concrete; 50 to 62 kg/m^3 of latex per a unit volume of concrete; and 2.25 to 9 kg/m^3 of a macro synthetic fiber per a unit volume of concrete. According to the present invention, corrosion or damage to reinforcing fiber materials can be prevented and costs for materials can be reduced.
