The present invention relates to a Lactobacillus pentosus-GFC LP strain having the ability to produce -glucosidase. The Lactobacillus pentosus-GFC LP strain having the ability to produce -glucosidase provided from the present invention and having the accession number of KCCM11950P can convert glycosides in natural fermentation products into non-glycosides having various physiological activities and can have effects of reducing skin wrinkles and improving skin elasticity, thereby having an excellent effect as a cosmetic composition when the composition is applied to a cosmetic base as an effective ingredient.
