The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an inert high explosive warhead, and more specifically, to a manufacturing method of an inert high explosive warhead which replaces paraffin used as one of raw materials of existing inert high-explosives, with stearic acid having a higher melting point than that of the paraffin, thereby improving productivity and facilitating operation.
