A method for producing a cancellous bone-like structure bone graft material through compressive strength deviation control according to the present invention comprises the steps of: producing a suspension including 5 to 20 parts by weight of a biodegradable polymer and 80 to 95 parts by weight of a solvent agent; producing a first mixture by mixing calcium triphosphate and a bubble forming agent at a weight ratio of 10:6 to 10:15, by accommodating the same in a port, and by mixing the same through a pot mill for 5 to 7 hours; producing a second mixture by mixing the first mixture and the suspension at a weight ratio of 1:1 to 2:1 and by agitating the same for 5 to 20 minutes; defoaming the second mixture in a vacuum state; drying the defoamed second mixture; producing a calcined material by calcining the dried second mixture at 300 to 1250C; and producing a bone graft material product by processing the calcined material.
