The present invention relates to a maintenance and safety management system for a measuring machine of an infrastructure using a mobile application. According to the present invention, the maintenance and safety management system for a measuring machine of an infrastructure using a mobile application enables a user to conveniently and efficiently inspect a measuring machine installed in an infrastructure including a bridge, a tunnel, and a basement structure by using a mobile application and supports maintenance and safety management of a structure by uploading damage to the structure or corrective measure through visual inspection in a site to a server of a control center and applying the damage to the structure or the corrective measure to the maintenance and the safety management of the structure. Specifically, the maintenance and safety management system for a measuring machine of an infrastructure using a mobile application includes: one or more sensors generating and outputting sensing information in accordance with a movement of a member and installed in a predetermined member of the structure to be managed; a wireless tag having identification information and collecting sensing information output from the sensor by being connected to the sensor, wherein the wireless tag transmits the identification information and the sensing information collected by an outer request signal; a manager terminal receiving and indicating the identification information and the sensing information transmitted from the wireless tag and inputting and transmitting inspection information on the visual inspection of the member and the sensor; and an operation server including a database storing management information for each member about the structure to be managed and applies a connection authority of the manager terminal on the database, wherein the operation server also uploads the inspection information transmitted from the selected manager terminal and updates the management information stored in the database.
