Disclosed in the present invention are a method for accurately quantifying DCP used as a marker for liver cancer using MRM technology based on liquid chromatography mass spectrometry, and a method for monitoring the early diagnosis and treatment prognosis of liver cancer using the same. The method according to the present invention can diagnose liver cancer rapidly, economically, and accurately compared to conventional immunoassay.
