A method for determining the biological activity of measles and rubella viruses in the production of associated preparations, comprising determining the infectious titer of production strains, characterized in that Rk-13 cell lines (transplantable rabbit kidney cell line, collection of the Scientific Research Institute) are used to determine the infectious titer of rubella virus or measles virus Virology RAS; Research Institute of Influenza RAS, Ints RAS) or L-41 (transplantable line of bone marrow cells of a person with leukemia, collections: Research Institute of Influenza RAS, Ints RAS), respectively. 2. A method for determining the biological activity of measles viruses and mumps in the production of associated preparations, characterized in that the Vero cell line is used to determine the infectious titer of production strains (African green monkey kidney transplanted cell line, collection of the Scientific Research Institute of Virology RAS; the Scientific Research Institute of Influenza, Russian Academy of Sciences, Russian Academy of Sciences) or MA-104 (transplanted culture of kidney cells of a rhesus monkey embryo, collection of the Scientific Research Institute of Virology RAS, Scientific Research Institute of Influenza RAS), while the determination of the measles virus infectious titer is carried out by the direct cytopathogenic effect of the virus on cells, and the epidemic of mumps virus by hemadsorption. 3.
