After that workpiece should be returned to initial position. Then coordinated translational and rotational motions of rolling are performed in opposite direction with monotonically increasing speed, as a result, two-row cutter head left row of cutters forms other cylindrical gear wheel tooth opposite side. Then, workpiece should be returned to initial position and divided by one tooth. Then cycle is repeated until, all cylindrical wheel teeth are processed.EFFECT: enabling increasing of gear transmissions quality due to reduction of processed wheels teeth profile error by teeth profile cutting value reduction and stabilization.1 cl, 1 dwg
