FIELD: oil and gas industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of natural gas extraction, in particular, to the on-line monitoring of water and sand carry-over from a well in the automated process control system (APCS) of the oil and gas condensate deposits of the Far North. The method includes the measurement of the gas flow rate, pressure and temperature at the wellhead with the parallel real-time monitoring of the actual gas pressure and temperature at the end of the gas loop-pipeline through which the gas is supplied to the inlet of a complex gas treatment plant (GPP). Using the current values of monitored parameters for calculating the estimated value of the gas pressure at the end of the gas loop-pipeline in real-time mode by means of APCS. The behaviour of its variation in time is compared with the behaviour of actual gas pressure variation in the gas loop-pipeline. The start of the process of sand and water carry-over from the well is determined as per difference in behaviour of the design and actual pressures. The actual gas parameters are measured at each wellhead connected to the gas gathering loop (GSSH) by the circuit with the track gas pumping, and based on these parameters the pressure at the GSSH end at the GPP entrance is calculated, which is used as an operational model for monitoring the functioning of the loop, with continuous monitoring of the actual pressure and temperature at the end of GSSH. In case of the difference in the dynamics of the behavior of the design and the actual pressure, the APCS begins to analyze the dynamic behavior of the pressure at all the wellheads, and selects the closest well to the GPP of all in which the pressure rise at the wellhead is identified. Then, within the framework of technological limitations, the APCS controls the operation of this well.EFFECT: invention expands the list of the natural gas extraction methods and allows to extract oil products with lower losses.1 dwg
