摘要
The invention relates to orthopaedic vertebrology and is intended for the surgical treatment of scoliosis, kyphosis, injuries and disorders of the spine in growing children. The claimed structure is characterized in that it comprises four flexible working plates, which are disposed in pairs along the spine, to the right and left, in the paravetebral regions, and are curved in accordance with the physiological curves of the spine, each plate being provided with an opening at one end for the fastening of one plate of a pair to a cranial vertebra by an end clamp, said plate terminating in the region of the transition from kyphosis to lordosis, while the other plate of the pair is fastened to a caudal vertebra and terminates in the region where a first or second cranial hook is mounted. Hooks are introduced sublaminarly under each vertebral arch on the concave side of a curvature; on the convex side of a curvature, hooks are introduced in the cranial and caudal regions, preferably under the arches of neutral vertebrae. The hooks are fastened to the vertebral arches by stays, which, together with the hooks, form adjustable clamps and which are connected to conventional n-shaped clamps. The invention provides for the treatment of growing children with progressive spinal curvatures and spinal injuries without the need for repeat operations.
