The plant to obtain the composite alloy contains the melting pot and the piston vibrator, placed in the melting pot and connected through the rigid rod to the source of harmonic sound frequencies. The plant additionally contains the unipolar electromagnetic impulses generator with the frequency not less than 1000 Hz, the impulse duration not more than 1⋅and the power is not less than 1 MW, closed into the electric circuit on the piston vibrator, and the melting pot made of graphite. The piston is isolated from the rod by the dielectric gasket, the distance from the lower edge of the piston to the bottom of the melting pot is not more than 1.5 melting pot diameters and not less than the melting pot radius, and the clearance between the side walls of the piston vibrator and the melting pot is in the range of 0.025-0.1 of the melting pot radius.
